How It Started
"Sweet Pea" was the nickname my grandmother gave me before I could walk. She was the kind of woman who kept a jar of buttons sorted by colour, who could spot a sterling mark at twenty paces and who believed that every object in a home should have a story.
When she passed, I inherited two things: her collection of brooches and her habit of waking up at 5 a.m. on Saturday mornings to hit the flea markets. My daughter caught the bug a few years later, and before long our spare room looked like a very charming antique shop.
So we decided to make it official. Sweet Pea's Treasures opened online in 2020 and has been growing ever since — one estate sale, one handmade candle and one happy customer at a time.
